Chris did an amazing job of matching components to my needs based on the games I play and the specs I'll be working with. He's super professional, always willing to help, and is very transparent about prices. My PC came with a few disconnected cables courtesy of UPS, but Chris was quick to hop on the phone and show me where to reconnect everything. I love my build and it was so fun watching him do it live on Twitch.

I’ve always wanted a gaming pc, but have no idea what’s good, bad, overpriced or where I should even start. So I reached out to the I.T. Guy. I felt a lot better about my purchase after talking with him! Now I have a SWEET PC that’s right for me with what I wanted to spend on one! I was skeptical about getting Gaming PC after playing Xbox for years i wanted to move on knowing how much they go for, looked at pre builts at the time didn't like any so I set my self a sending limit. I found IT GUY on FB messaged him and my it got way easier from there long story short, I ended up saying my self about 200 bucks I told him exactly what I wanted to do and he set me up with a build made sure I was the right one and price for me
