IT Guys Custom PC Builds Reviews in Dubuque, Iowa

I had this builder assemble a $2,000 custom gaming PC back in 2020 and ship it all the way from Iowa to Nevada, and the entire process was flawless from start to finish. Shipping a heavy, expensive rig across the country can be nerve-wracking, but he packed the system meticulously using internal expanding foam to protect the heavy components and heavy duty outer packaging so it arrived in pristine condition. The build quality and cable management were top tier and because he pre tested the system and updated all drivers before shipping, it was pure plug-and-play the moment it landed in Nevada. Years later, the machine is still running like a charm. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an expert builder who knows how to ship long-distance safely.

He was very informative and was able to fix my son’s PC even though we were not in the same state. I would definitely recommend his services and saved his information just in case we needed his help again. Thank you so much again!

Amazing experience, diagnosed the issue and got my computer back up and running in no time.

Chris has been amazing to work with a very kind person and so responsive!! I came in with some old (VERY old) computers hoping to rescue videos and photos and thought it might be hopeless but Chris recovered more than I could have imagined. I am forever grateful!! On top of that he was able to get me set up to do some amateur video creation and editing with all of my newfound photos and videos (yay!). I highly recommend his service and expertise! He welcomes everyone regardless of computer knowledge skill and ability!!

Same day service. Thank you.
