Our Services
We provide custom PC builds, diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and related technical services. All services are subject to these Terms and any additional written agreement provided at the time of service.
Custom PC Builds
Custom builds are tailored to your requirements and budget. We provide a detailed quote and build specification for approval. Component availability may affect final timelines, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Diagnostics & Repair
We diagnose and repair a wide range of PC and hardware issues. Diagnostic fees, timelines, and repair costs will be communicated before work begins. Keep a current backup of important files whenever possible.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit may be required for custom builds and certain repairs. Deposits secure your build slot and allow us to purchase components. Job-specific pricing and payment timing are stated in the applicable quote or invoice.
Warranty & Limitations
Workmanship coverage is limited to the warranty stated in your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties and third-party coverage remain governed by their providers. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Abandoned Equipment
Equipment must be collected after service is complete. Storage, notice, and disposition of uncollected equipment will follow the applicable service arrangement and Iowa law. Any outstanding charges remain payable.
Intellectual Property
IT Guys Custom PC Builds branding and original site content remain our property. Do not copy, republish, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its content.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IT Guys Custom PC Builds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the website or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as our website or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Iowa law governs these Terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be changed.
